Carland & Andersen is happy to have had Roger Warren and Colby Creasman Buchanan with the firm for one year!
Colby is from Hendersonville, earned both her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Masters in Accounting at Western Carolina University. She is a Hendersonville native and is active in the agriculture community. Colby has previously worked for a national CPA firm and also with the Henderson County Public Schools. She has several years of hands-on experience working with local business and individuals. She now serves as a board member with the North Carolina Apple Festival. Colby spends most of her time outside of the office working on her parent’s third generation apple farm. Colby is married to Kameron and they enjoy running, hiking, and traveling across the US.
Roger was born and raised in Brevard and still lives there with his wife and two children. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and Master’s degree in public affairs from Western Carolina University. Before joining Carland & Andersen, he worked for Buncombe County Schools in Asheville as an accountant and budget analyst then moved up to Assistant Finance Officer. He has also served as treasurer at his church. Roger enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching football, basketball, and baseball, especially the Atlanta Braves.
